Run off the Christmas dinner

Hastings parkrun is a FREE 5-km (3-mile) run which takes place on Saturdays at 9am. It is part of the nationwide series of parkruns, with over 350 now available in the UK, and is suitable for all ages and abilities – including wheelchair users. Bexhill Hastings Link Road opens

Claims of new jobs, ease of traffic flow, development plans and a better economy for everyone, all of which have been vociferously debated at every stage, will now have the chance to be proven. Despite a packed-to-capacity public area downstairs at The White Rock Theatre, the majority of whom sounded and appeared to be in opposition to the Queensway Gateway Road, the council last night voted in favour of the plan. HOT’s Zelly Restorick reports.
