Volunteers needed for Sustainability-on-sea Festival!

Last year Transition Town Hastings (TTH) and Energise Sussex Coast presented the Sustainability-on-sea Festival; a collaboration which explored ideas and initiatives to help to build a sustainable future for the current and next generation of residents in Hastings and St. Leonards. Schoolkids gather to demand action on climate change

School students from Hastings and beyond gathered in the town centre on Friday to demand, together with their peers worldwide, urgent and effective action by those in power to combat climate change. Nick Terdre sampled the atmosphere.

Hastings woman recognised for work with refugees

Local Labour denies Rudd’s accusations of anti-semitism

Trustmark’s energy efficiency event takes aim at fuel poverty

TrustMark, the Government endorsed quality scheme for tradespeople, is today launching a pilot in partnership with East Sussex Trading Standards, to improve the quality and energy efficiency of rented accommodation within Hastings and its surrounding area.
