Juliet Brando exhibition coming to Warrior Square station gallery
Zoom Arts’ next exhibition at its Warrior Square station gallery features the work of Juliet Brando. The show opens on 18 July.
Juliet Brando, aka Ms Slide, is an artist and writer who lives in the West Hill area of Hastings. In her Zoom show she will be exhibiting an eclectic, untitled mix of styles and media, separated into several categories: creatures, monsters, icons and skyscapes, from tentacle-faced Hollywood legends and undead Disney princesses to the sunsets and seagulls of Hastings. There is something for everyone, says Zoom. Postcards and greetings cards will also be on sale.
It’s a busy period for the artist, as it is for Zoom Arts. In the spring she took part in the Zoom members’ TEN show in Stade Hall while also holding a month-long exhibition at the Whistle Trago bar and restaurant in the Old Town.
Exhibition of work by Juliet Brando Zoom Arts Gallery, Warrior Square Station, Kings Road, St Leonards-on-Sea TN37 6HL. Monday 18- Friday 22 July, 3-7pm.
