Ore Valley Action is mobilising support to oppose plans for a high-density housing project off Frederick Road in the Ore Valley. A meeting will be held on 2 December to inform the local public what the plans entail. Nick Terdre reports.

Rich and Marc Moore, the local innovators and entrepreneurs who created The Source BMX Park have jointly won the Historic England Heritage Angel Award for the ‘Best Rescue of an Historic Building’, as well as the ‘Historic England Followers’ and Telegraph readers’ People’s Choice Award’ for a heritage project. Hastings Borough Council has successfully secured funding from the Coastal Communities Fund to rejuvenate the area known as the White Rock Fountain on Hastings seafront (located between The Source and the Pier).

St Leonards based husband and wife duo, Trevor Moss & Hannah-Lou, have found time in between opening for Jools Holland and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra to make their welcome return to The Kino-Teatr. They will be performing a very special homecoming show to celebrate the release of their new limited edition 7’’ vinyl, joined by special guest, local alt-folk hero, Oliver Cherer.
