A charity auction of signed memorabilia held in store at M&S Bexhill exceeded all expectations, raising £1,355 for their local Charity of the Year, the Sussex Association for Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus (Sasbah). The charity reports.

Actors and actresses from The Renaissance Theatre Company are performing the award winning Rodgers and Hammerstein musical, South Pacific at the beautiful St Mary in the Castle on Hastings seafront. And this year, they want to raise at least £1,000 from their performances, as it would mean they’ve raised £30,000 for St Michael’s Hospice since 2009, especially as the hospice is celebrating its 30 Year Anniversary.
