For the greenfield site known as ‘Land adjacent to 777 The Ridge’, affordable housing (AH) commitments went from 30% of what was to be built, to 40%, to zero. How did this happen? Very sadly, George Greaves died on 10 January, a few weeks short of his 101st birthday.
