Turov heads field for chess tournament

Preparations are well under way for the 2017/18 Hastings International Chess Congress which will open on 28 December at Horntye Park. To date nine grandmasters and one woman grandmaster have signed up. Nick Terdre reports.

I have heard this many times from numerous sources, writes HOT’s Zelly Restorick – that it is no use having the best heating system if you don’t have good insulation, for maintaining the heat in the house.
