Bexhill’s first affordable art fair

Murmurations Gallery opens up its summer calendar of events with Bexhill’s first affordable art fair. The idea is borrowed from the famous international art fair hosted globally in cities across the world, whereby artists submit works that falls under the umbrella of affordable art. It is a scheme that aims to make ownership of original art more accessible for everyone.

Hastings Fringe extends festival dates

The second Hastings Fringe Festival will now take place from Tuesday 30 August until Sunday 4 September inclusive. The decision to extend the programme was made as a result of the high number of performers who responded to call-outs to take part in the performance arts festival.

St Leonards Festival is nearly upon us (9 and 10 July) and Transition Town Hastings are preparing for a fun day on the Saturday. They will be based in front of St Leonards Warrior Square Station rather than Warrior Gardens for a number of reasons.
