A Penny Pincher’s Christmas Carol

The writing/performing team of Kate Tym and John Knowles (Rat in the Cellar, Time Please and Hilteria Pizzeria) return to the stage with a brand new family play based on ‘A Christmas Carol. Those familiar with Dicken’s seasonal classic might recall that there are quite a lot of people in his story, as well as amazing special effects; well not in this version, as ‘A Penny Pincher’s Christmas Carol’ brings you the abridged version with just two actors. The Girls’ Network

A mentoring charity, which aims to raise the aspirations of girls from the least advantaged communities, is rapidly growing in East Sussex. The Girls’ Network aims to inspire and empower girls aged 14 to 19 to be ambitious and reach their potential by matching them with a professional female mentor. The Girls’ Network Manager for Sussex and South London, Toni Goodall, writes.
