Representatives of the business, residential and cultural communities of central St Leonards met on Thursday 22 March to view a draft video developed by local film-maker Glenys Jacques as part of the bid for regeneration funding under the Portas Pilots scheme, writes Richard Hull. The history still to be made shows itself is a new temporary outdoor installation by Dylan Shipton and Ben Fitton. It is visible 24/7 at The SPACE on Kings Road, St Leonards on Sea, adjacent to the forecourt of Warrior Square Station and is reviewed by Joe Fearn.

On Tuesday 17 July the Olympic Torch cavalcade will arrive in St Leonards at around 6pm and make its way along the Seafront to White Rock, where the torchbearer will turn left into Robertson Street.
