UN plea for global ceasefire
Last month the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, issued a plea for a global ceasefire to help fight the spread of Covid-19. This appeal has already led to groups in Cameroon laying down their arms, and has been endorsed by the European Union and Russia.
The Secretary General’s call is gaining momentum among world leaders! If we help spread it even further, we can help get more countries on board to urgently establish life-saving ceasefires in regions that need it most.
