Advertise with HOT!

If you have ever thought of promoting your business, your event or maybe your own book, art or music then why not try advertising with us at Hastings Online Times (HOT)? HOT has been publishing news stories and articles of interest for the Hastings area for over 15 years and during that time we have run adverts for many well-known local businesses and events*.

HOT reaches thousands of readers in the Hastings area and beyond and our adverts are both cost-effective and flexible – here’s how they work:

1 – Create a graphic image containing some basic information about your business or event etc. (a .jpeg or .png 185 pixels wide and up to 300 pixels high)

2 – Provide a link to a website or Facebook page relating to your business or event

3 – Complete the form on the HOT website here and we will do the rest.

Once uploaded, users will click on your graphic image (located in the rightmost column of every page in HOT) and then be taken to your website where they will find full details of whatever you are advertising.

Our current advertising rates are:

£15 for 1 week, £40 for 1 month, £90 for 3 months, £145 for 6 months and £275 for 12 months.

If required, you can change your advert design during the time it runs e.g. to show various aspects of your business. We can also help you create your advert (though there may be a small charge for this).

If you are a local charity or are holding a charitable event, we may consider offering you reduced rates.

HOT is a ‘rolling’ online publication but also sends out a bi-weekly email with the latest stories to our hundreds of subscribers thus reaching as many readers as possible.
