Thursday 2 and Friday 3 December: Apple tree planting in Gensing Gardens
Community groups will plant five apple trees over the next two weeks. Local park users are invited to meet the first two apple trees at noon on Thursday 2 December and talk about plans for the 150th anniversary of Gensing Gardens which will be marked in 2022. The ‘mini-apple orchard’ will be near the junction between Charles Road and Cumberland Gardens road.
