Hastings United plan Tilekiln move

Willcocks portrait exhibition: extended!

One Shot. I heard about this exhibition from one of the artists who’s been photographed. One Shot. One snap of the lens and that’s it, photoshoot ended. Next! However it’s clear that photographer, Tim Willcocks wanted to capture – and has been successful – the core intrinsic essence of the person. Their uniqueness. Captured in a single image. One chance. The exhibition has now been extended for another week, along with opportunities to chat to Tim Willcocks himself. HOT’s Zelly Restorick writes.

Right to pathway being walked all over

The public footpath through the Stade amusement park is under threat. What will the Foreshore Trust do? What does the Council think?  Bernard McGinley takes a stroll down it, while he still can.

Destruction and robbery at Queensbury House

Hard to comprehend, but Queensbury House, home to many charities and not-for-profit organisations was broken into, vandalised and a lot of valuable, valued and necessary equipment stolen. Not that these actions would be okay in any circumstances, but in this case, whoever carried out this mindless vandalism can have no conscience and must have been pretty desperate, as they targeted young people, artists  musicians and the homeless. Zelly Restorick reports.
