The Pledge Project
The Pledge Project is a simple idea – to get as many people as possible in Hastings, St Leonards & surrounding areas to sign a one sentence pledge saying how they will, in some way, reduce their impact upon the environment.
The Pledge Project was aimed at individuals, community groups, faith groups, schools, scouts and guides, businesses – everyone in this area. It’s an initiative from Juliet Russell of Vocal Explosion.
Now there is a chance to come together on Friday 20 September from 6 – 7.15pm on the Ladies Parlour on the West Hill to hear the pledges read out, accompanied by great live music.
Everyone will circle the hill before the sun sets.
You’ll also have a chance to sign the Pledge Book saying how you will reduce your impact on the land and sea.
