Bike ride for Little Gate Farm
Local resident, Guy Hacon, will be cycling from Oxford to Hastings, a distance of 175 miles in support of Little Gate Farm in Beckley near Rye, an innovative and purposeful care farm project supporting children and adults with learning disabilities.
Little Gate Farm helps vulnerable kids & adults in the local community develop work skills and grow in confidence so that they can live happy and fulfilling lives.
The route will take him over the Chiltern ridge and the Sussex Downs with plenty of leg busting climbs in-between. He will be self-sufficient, riding a road bicycle and aims to complete the ride in under 12 hours.
