Spotted at the Sunday Flea Market in the Palace, White Rock, Hastings.
Hot Style reporter Claudine Eccleston chats to Vicki about her unique look.
Where do you live?
“I live in Lewisham, South London.”
What brings you to Hastings?
“Just visiting Hastings for the weekend.”
Where do you buy your clothes?
Vicki buys nearly all her clothes from charity shops. Her favoured charity shop is Traid.

She says they have “good fashion and quality stuff”. She also likes to drop into flea markets which is where we bumped into her. She got her bag while visiting India and her shoes were donated from a friend.
How would you describe your style?
Vicki describes her style as Japanese Harajuku. Harajuku is an area in Tokyo famous for its cutting-edge young street fashion.
Do you have a favourite piece of clothing?
Her favourite piece of clothing is a jumper with tiny little people running through it. She’s had it since she was 17 and she only wears it occasionally now.
Vicki is part of a diverse group of emerging artists who create, perform and facilitate together as BLINK Dance Theatre. They provide inclusive creative opportunities for people with learning disabilities.
