A ten week introduction to wood engraving, a delicate and powerful printmaking technique, whose best known local practitioners were Eric Ravilious and Eric Gill. The course will cover history, tools, image making and printing.
A practice block of wood, ink and paper will be supplied. Use college tools or bring your own. Extra wood blocks and cutting surfaces can be purchased
during the class. Tutor: Emily Johns. 12 places. £130.
