Moving
Moving with Mark Wallinger
Moving is a one off workshop by artists Viv Hamblin and Catherine Pinhorn, exploring movement and free-flowing present moment expression in connection with Mark Wallinger’s installation, The Human Figure in Space. A chance to explore the Foreshore Gallery and interact with the work.

Exploring expressing yourself in response to the artwork.
Viv will be offering choreographic structures and inspiration to aid you along the way. Catherine will lead a gentle warm up. Anyone is welcome and all movement is interesting.
After this, there will be a series of workshops planned for the autumn where you can come and move in response to the works at the Jerwood. This approach to art is based on shared practice from a background of dance and improvisational movement. It opens new ways to enjoy art and be in a gallery.
