Meet Will Young
Spotted on St Leonards sea front, Will Young describes his style “as full Highland uniform”. HOT Style-Seeker, Bev Francis reports.
Will is very proud of the fact that his kilt is made with The Young tartan. He sports two traditional Scottish swords, the Dirk and the Sgion-dubh. He has a keen eye for detail and his attire includes some beautiful Scottish jewels.
Before I even have time to ask that kilt question, Will tells me the answer: “I am a real commando and wear no pants!” His favourite item of clothing without a doubt is his kilt.
Will is a retired ambulance service man and now plays bagpipes for weddings, funerals and any other occasion that may require a Highland Piper. He is also a member of 1066 Pipes and Drums.
Originally from West Ross, he has lived in Hastings for 60 odd years and tells me” I love it here.”
