A good week for HUAF
13 March 2010
After this weeks tremendous news of “no platform” for the BNP by our 3 leading political parties, we finished the week with another good turnout in Hastings on our Saturday stall.
It seems that as each week goes past our profile is raised and the BNP, along with their supporters, are being re-educated. At about 11.30, we were approached by 2 local members of the public. Using reasonable and logical debate, they were persuaded that the BNP’s views were wrong and not in the best interest of a multi-cultural Britain. Much to our surprise, as they were leaving they said that in future they would not be voting for the BNP in Hastings.
We were joined this week by our staunchest allies, Black Arrow and Uncivil: thanks for your support lads.
Our next stop is Bexhill in the run-up to their hustings in April.
And finally, a big thank you to all those who gave their free time and helped out with the leafleting in the cause of anti-fascism.
