Jessamy receiving her certificate
Facing her fear for charity!
Jessamy Ingamells, a Year 6 pupil from Guesting Bradshaw CE Primary School, recently embarked on a sponsored challenge for Pestalozzi International Village Trust. Not only did she raise an incredible £100, but also faced her fear in holding a snake for 20 minutes. Hannah Nice reports from Pestalozzi.
In Friday’s assembly, Jessamy was presented with a certificate for her amazing challenge and the whole school heard about the worthwhile work of Pestalozzi. Jessamy also mentioned that this sponsored challenge had enabled her to break her fear of snakes, which is excellent news.
