What is Hastings Exchange? In its own words: Hastings Exchange is a part of the University of Brighton in Hastings and supported by The Community University Partnership Programme and The Department for Economic and Social Engagement. It takes the form of a knowledge exchange in which academics, students and community practitioners might work together to develop knowledge about the local area. We run occasional forums in partnership with local organisations in order to look at issues of concern in the town and to work together to look for solutions.
