Robert Tressell talk rescheduled
Ian Hernon, political journalist, deputy editor of Tribune and author of the new biography Robert Tressell: A Life in Hell, will be at the university to speak about his new book. This event, which was due to take place in February, has been postponed due to speaker bereavement and will now take place on Monday 7 March. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Ian will be in conversation with Dr Trevor Hopper regarding his book on the life of The Ragged Trousered Philanthropists author Robert Tressell. Dr Nicola Smith will also be giving an introduction to the contents of the Robert Tressell Archive which has recently been left to the university.
