Crowdfunding for Beach of Dreams 2025
MSL Projects wants to work with hundreds of local people to make art all about our beautiful stretches of beach. Art that will go on to be part of Beach of Dreams 2025, a huge celebration of our national beaches, cliffs and rockpools. We’re crowdfunding! We’ve been given a chance to share the love of our local coast with the rest of the UK and Ireland! Margaret Sheehy writes.
You can be part of the fun, colour and creativity. Rewards for every level of donation include party invites, chocolate and commemorative pennants!
If you donate before 29 November, ESCC have promised to match fund your donation. So each pound will be worth two.

It would be lovely if the “mermaids on the beach” could be brought back for this project. It was a page on FB that got people together to recreate a scene from a photo from years ago . Everyone dressed as mermaids/mermen on the beach for a photo-shoot, a great family day.
Sadly I missed taking part as it clashed with Pirate Day.
