Call out to artists for Coastal Currents 2018
Tina Morris, director of Sweet and Dandy and Coastal Currents is asking for submissions for the 20th Coastal Currents. Anyone can take part, she says, so get planning!
Coastal Currents is a local arts festival, curated by Sweet and Dandy, which runs from 1 – 30 September 2018, celebrating the arts and culture across the 1066 region.
You can get involved in the festival in 3 ways:
1: Submit to take part in the Open Studios
These take place on the 1/2 and 8/9 September 2018 and are for artists opening their studios or houses on those dates within the 1066 region. Costs are £86 for a single listing, £155 for a half page listing and £255 for a full page listing*. For more details, check out Coastal Currents Open Studios.
2: Submit an event, performance or exhibition listing
For any event taking place during the festival dates of 1 – 30 September 2018. These cost £68 and are a single image with 50 words of text advertising your event. Events which run into October can also be listed*. For more details, check out Coastal Currents Events.
3: Advertise in the brochure
You can book space in the brochure and full pages start at £400, Half pages £225 or a quarter page £120. This allows you to design your own artwork. You can download an advertising pack here and email info@coastalcurrents.org.uk asap to book, as space is limited.

* You must have valid Public Liability Insurance to host any event/exhibition or Open Studio.
