Sara Lee Trust Xmas Fair 2015
Sara Lee Trust Christmas Fair
“It’s not long to go now until the Sara Lee Trust Christmas Fair – and we hope you will be able to come along to support us”, writes Maria Gonet, the Trust’s Fundraising Manager.
“It will be a great day with something for all the family with a range of fundraising stalls, wonderful Christmas shopping including arts and hand crafted items, earrings, Christmas food and produce, health and beauty items and our amazing raffle with prizes including a luxury weekend break, a 32” TV and a designer handbag.
“A great range of refreshments will be served including homemade soup and savouries, cakes, mulled wine & mince pies and hot and cold drinks.
“And for the children, we will have a visit from Santa, a craft area with a great range of Christmas crafts to make and a fancy dress competition (Christmas themed) which will be judged at 1pm. Everyone welcome!”
Plus HOT’s Erica Smith will be there, selling her creative wares, including her Little Book of 2-Letter Words for Scrabble and Bananagram addicts (only a fiver), The Hastings & St Leonards Activity Book and The Weeds of St Leonards, plus some funky hussifs (Google it to discover what these are!) and Quentin Blake notelets. “And Amazing Mavis will be selling incredible knitted items for not much money”, says Erica. “It’s a really great little fair, in a really beautiful building. Please come along on the day and say ‘Hello’ and support a local charity!”
