Tibetan Gongs at St Marys

Returning once again to St Mary in the Castle, Leszek Sulich will guide you through an evening of spirituality and meditation with a performance of Tibetan Music.

Share this opportunity to relax and recover your mind and body in balance within the exceptional acoustic space of St Mary’s. The performance is best experienced sitting or lying down, so you are encouraged to bring mats, cushions and blankets.

“From my early years I was interested in music,” writes Leszek Sulich. “I finished music school with distinction playing just my guitar. Later guitar was not enough, I wanted to do more. I successfully finished my massage course with classical wellbeing with National Federation of Spiritual Healers.

“One person who inspired me the most was the famous healer and spiritual guru, Stanislaw Olszewski. I was fascinated with his work and seduced by the wide range of healing and spiritual changes not only in myself, but also in others who experienced it. At this point I knew what I was going to do – I needed to share this with others. The same day I bought my first gong and very shortly after I was qualified in healing and tuning heart beating imperfections.

“From 2015 my skills and ability to help others multiplied by successfully receiving the title of “Gong Master” just like Dom Conreaoux, Abby Del Sol, Tom Soltron and Esteban Valdivia, certified by the Sound of Nature Centre. Now, as a qualified Sound Massage Practitioner, I stand in front of you to share my passion, knowledge and experience – BIG thanks to Aggie Sakowich who invited me and organised my stay here in beautiful Hastings. With Full Moon, open your minds, bodies and hearts.”

Tibetan Gongs at St Mary in the Castle on Friday 14 September. Doors: 7:30pm. Meditation: 8pm. Tickets £12 in advance and £15 on the door.
