ESC launch community share offer for solar panel projects

Energise Sussex Coast is launching a new community share offer to fund the installation of solar panels on the roofs of five schools in Hastings. The offer will be launched at a meeting at St Leonards Academy on Wednesday 18 September. Nick Terdre reports.

Humbling experience for Hastings teachers

South Saxons Wetlands a new battlefield

Open space is at a premium in West St Leonards – one reason why local residents are up in arms in opposition a proposed new housing development on the South Saxons Wetlands. There are other reasons too, as Bernard McGinley reports.  An Open Day will be held by West St Leonards Community Association on Monday 2 March.
