Hastings Women of Film and TV – Making Moving Images is Hastings first ever short film festival showcasing ten local female filmmakers. The screening is on International Women’s Day – Sunday 8 March – at the Kino-Teatr. Erica Smith rifles through the programme.

Hastings Premieres at Stade Hall

Next Friday, 27 February, Stade Hall is the venue for an exciting night of entertainment to appeal to all of the senses. The evening will consist of short film screenings, music from Vallelectro and their ukuleles, tasty snacks from Sweet Umami and new work by artists, Tom Banks and Toby Stevens. This free event is a collaboration to celebrate and promote the work of some of Hastings’ most remarkable artistic community.
