Pier CPO Progress?

After the promise by Simon Corello during the St Helen’s by-election to support a Compulsory Purchase Order to get ownership of the Pier by HBC on behalf of the Pier Trust, all eyes were on the next available date. When that date came and went without progress, some were quick to cry Foul. However, HOT has been assured that HPWRT campaigners are still confident and expect to see progress in the new year.
