Olympic Torch latest news

On Tuesday 17 July the Olympic Torch cavalcade will arrive in St Leonards at around 6pm and make its way along the Seafront to White Rock, where the torchbearer will turn left into Robertson Street.

The runner will turn right at Debenhams and return to the Seafront at the Harold Place traffic lights. Both the Seafront and Harold Place will be closed to traffic on the day. Events are being planned in the town centre, in Warrior Square and in Grosvenor Gardens as well as on the Stade Performance Area. St Leonards traders are making sure that the torch parade is celebrated in style, not just ‘passing through’ on the way to Hastings.

HOT will add events to the What’s On pages as more information is revealed.
